This research project is funded by the Athens University of Economics and Business under a support program titled "Research Funding at AUEB for Excellence and Extroversion", ACTION 1 2014-2016: Support for faculty members (permanent teaching staff) whose current tenure at AUEB does not exceed 7 years.
